It’s been a busy morning here at BagServant.co.uk, not least because the winter weather has caused mayhem to the train lines (and our journeys to work), but because there’s a new handbag crush that we just can’t wait to tell you about.
I’m always after something classically cool that works with my wardrobes and dances elegantly from office to bar, and I think I just may have found it.
The brand of the moment is Pure Collection. You may know them as the lovely people behind gorgeous cashmere knits and slouchy jumpers, but that just may be about to change.

ic blacks, with pops of lemon and red thrown in for cheeky measure. We can’t decide which style is our favourite. We love the mini crossbody bag (featured above). Its teeny satchel shape makes it a great size for relaxed nights out (the long strap is ideal for all you dancing divas), and we think it’s look very boho teamed with a patterned maxi dress on holiday.
But for daytime? It might just have to go to the leather bowling bag. In sophisticated shades of cream and brown, it makes us feel grown-up and classy which means it’ll be perfect for the office.
One of my favourite things about Pure Collection is their suits-all-ages look. Although I’d be over the moon about swinging one of these down the street, I know my mum would too, which is probably one of the best reasons to invest – you know it’ll still look as divine in 30 years.
