Who said that every clutch should be practical? Last week we visited the Reiss store in Wimbledon and discovered the very lovely, well designed clutches perfect for a neat, minimal look – let’s face it, who wants to be on a glam night out with a massive bag.
With this season’s Reiss clutch collection you will see eye catching details, such as cute button and snap clasps, and textured fabrics – ruched and pleated. We completely understand why Reiss designs are a firm favourite with the stunning and fashion-forward Duchess Kate.
When I go out and need a clutch, I must take a few essentials; at least my iPhone, lipstick, business cards, and a snack. The textured fabric evening clutch below, as lovely and striking as it is in nude gold and glittery black, would not be our first choice because there is very little room inside. There is probably enough room for a very essential lipstick, business or travel card, and a small purse.
Depending on your evening outfit you may think carefully which one you choose. I love both. The little clusters of fabric flowers will dress up a simple yet stylish outfit. A great clutch choice for our Glamourpuss.

This is our favourite not only in look and finish, but yes – handbag lovers will relish is being able to fit all your evening out essentials. iPhone, lipstick, business and travel cards, and even an extra set of earrings to take you from afternoon soiree to evening cocktails.
The clutch has an easy to open neat clasp and a equally neat linked shoulder chain. You can wear this cross-body, but it looks much more stylish over a bare shoulder.
