Hugely celebrated for his luxurious sportswear for women, Michael Kors has created wardrobe staples for women around the world for over thirty years. His love for rich colours and decadent fabrics have been extended into his collection range which he launched in 2001.

History

After studying in New York’s Institute of Technology, American Michael Kors began his elaborate fashion career. He made his mark when he worked at French fashion house Celine, before creating his own brand. In more recent years he has gained some what of a celebrity status, for his role in mentoring up-and-coming designers in hit American show Project Runway.

Style

Dabbling in buttery golds, bronzes and animal prints, Michael Kors’s bags scream of indulgence. His Hamilton tote designs are full of upper-east side chic – roomy, structured shapes complete with luggage tag and lock that are a little fancier than your usual day bag.
