About to celebrate fifty years as a fashion design genius, Italian-born Valentino Garavani has always been inspired by deeply glamorous women such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Nat Abascal. He moved to Paris early on in his career to pursue his fashion dreams, and worked as an apprentice alongside Jean Desses, creating pieces that featured intricate white pleats and animal prints.
