Entry Requirements
1. Entrants must provide details of their email address.
2. The opening date for each competition is the beginning of the month which it refers to. The closing date for each competition is 11.59pm on the last day of the month which it refers to.
3. The winners will be selected at random.
4. Bag of the month competitions are open to all residents of the UK as well as those outside the UK aged 16 and over except for Bag Servant employees or anyone directly connected with Bag Servant.
5. Winners outside the UK may be required to provide any additional postage charges prior to the prize being sent. If they fail to do so within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
6. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
7. No purchase is necessary.
8. No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, lost or delayed or are unable to be submitted because of any technical or other reason.
9. Only one entry per person. Winner will be contacted by email within 1 week of the closing date.
10. We reserve the right to exclude entries which we believe have been submitted in bulk.
11. Winners will have 5 days to claim their prize. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner.
12. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to Bag Servant collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion. All entrants will be automatically added into our general mailing list but can opt out via a single click within the footer of any emails sent. All data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy which is located in the footer section of our website.
13. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to the option of Bag Servant sharing their email address with the prize sponsor for direct promotional activity.
