Official Rules

1. Entrants and voters must provide details of their identity via Facebook, Twitter or Google social login.
2. The closing date for the competition is 11.59pm on Sunday 14th April 2013.
3. The winning bag will be the one with the most votes. In the event of a tie, a winner from all the tied entries will be chosen at random.
4. For the voting prizes, winners will be selected at random.
5. The competition is open to all residents of the UK as well as those outside the UK aged 16 and over except for Bag Servant employees or anyone directly connected with Bag Servant.
6. Winners outside the UK may be required to provide any additional postage charges prior to their prize being sent. If they fail to do so within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
7. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
8. No purchase is necessary.
9. No responsibility is accepted for any entries or votes that are incomplete, lost or delayed or are unable to be submitted because of any technical or other reason.
10. Only one vote per person.
11. Winners will be contacted by email within 1 week of the closing date.
12. Winners will have 7 days to claim their prize. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner for that particular prize.
13. For the winning bag design, the exact dimensions of the bag will be discussed and agreed with the winner prior to the manufacturing of the bag. A rough guide to size of each of the bag type is …

We reserve the right to have the final say on all dimension decisions.
14. For the winning bag design, whilst we will endeavor to create a custom made handbag as close as possible to the design provided, we reserve the right to
- alter the dimensions of or placement of any components that are not practical for manufacture
- substitute exact colours for alternatives where not available
- make adjustment to or exclude components that are not practical for manufacture
Any potential manufacturing issues will be discussed with the winner prior to the manufacturing of the bag. We reserve the right to have the final say on all manufacturing decisions.
15. We reserve the right to disqualify all entries that we believe have received non-genuine or fraudulent votes.
16. By taking part in this promotion, all designer and voting participants consent to Bag Servant collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion. All entrants will be automatically added into our general mailing list but can opt out via a single click within the footer of any emails sent. All data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy which is located in the footer section of our website.
17. All voting participants consent to sharing their email addresses with the voting prize sponsors.
