Marc by Marc Jacobs Backpacks: Bag Review #bagreview

Say hello to another fabulous collection of bags from Marc by Marc Jacobs. We might be a little bit obsessed with the affordable diffusion line of recent but this collection will have you reminiscing back in time and for all you Sports-luxe personalities you are in for a treat.

A couple of weeks ago we shared with you a new bag trend, or should I say old, of a return back to the 90s. With this, and our love of Marc by Marc Jacobs, we introduce to you their line of backpacks.

What Are They Made Of?

The backpacks are made from durable nylon and are trimmed with leather. They also include gold-plated detailing on the outside in the form of zips, a Marc by Marc Jacobs logo plaque and a buckle to secure the bag.

How Big Are They?

A standard backpack size is what Marc by Marc Jacobs offers. There’s plenty of room for your off-duty essentials; in the main compartment there is room for your notebook, a change of shoes and what anything else you need for when on the go. As well as the main compartment the is a front pocket or pouch on the bag and there is a top handle and adjustable straps as the backpack puts your comfort first.

What Colours Are Available?

Not a variety of colours to offer here but the two that are available are great choices. Available in orange, this is a fun way to colour up your off-duty, running around London look. It is also a great colour for summer festivals too. The other alternative is the chicest black colour which adds a downtown and edgy attitude to your outfit.

Perfect For and Style Tips

This is one bag that you won’t see in the office but will see all over the shopping streets and festival fields this year. It is perfect for when on the go and running errands and is great when teamed with a pair of converse, skinny jeans and a loose t-shirt. Alternatively for your festival look wear with Levi cut-offs, black ankle boots and a printer jumper.

BagServant Thoughts

We have to say we are blown away with these backpacks. At first we weren’t all for reminiscing the days of the 1990s with hair scrunchies, tracksuits and jelly shoes but we do love the return back to backpacks. Perfect for adding fun to off-duty looks and carrying around all your essentials, we hope the backpack is here to stay.
