Luxury handbag brand Loewe has teamed up with fashion-savvy sisters Penelope and Monica Cruz to design a new handbag to be unveiled this November. The Academy Award-winning Spanish actress Penelope Cruz and her dancer sister Monica, have created a cross-body bag for the brand. They said: ‘We wanted to do something special but also practical, and we wanted the design to have an unmistakable Spanish element.’
The sisters’ collection will also feature coin purses and large zip wallets and Penelope also stars in a new Loewe advertising campaign shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot on the roof of the Casino de Madrid in the Spanish capital.
