We recently discovered the very talented Anya Sushko and have fallen in love with her gorgeous handbags. From trendy clutches to office totes and quirky day bags, there is something in the Anya Sushko collection for everyone.
And this week we were lucky enough to go and visit the handbags in person with blogger ‘TheFashMcQueen’. It was great to get a feel for all the handbags, but there was one bag that really stuck in our minds and made it to our ‘got-to-have-this-now’ handbag list, the Anya Sushko Karolina Day Bag.
Handbag Experience
This handbag feels luxurious and feminine to carry and is an uber-practical office bag. However, the bag was slightly smaller in person than we had anticipated and although it would fit an iPad, there is not room for much else. But keep in mind, all Anya’s bags are hand-made and can be customised to be bigger or smaller to suit your personal needs – how fabulous is that!?!
When and Where is it Perfect for?
Perfect to carry to the office, out and about on the weekend or even out with you in the evening, as it relatively petite and ultra elegant. The Anya Sushko Karolina Day Bag is available in three colours; black, green and nude. The brown Anya Sushko Karolina bag is the ideal bag for Boardroom Perfectionists as it is sleek and chic, has a quirky structure and will fit most things you need for the boardroom. The olive green Anya Sushko Karolina bag is superb for Trendsetters. The olive colour ensures the bag stands out from the typical high-street handbags and the boho style will definitely set you aside from the rest.
Interior
The interior of the nude Karolina bag is a soft suede, the ultimate statement of luxury. The inside of the black and olive green Karolina bags are cotton – easy and practical to maintain. However, don’t forget you can customise the bags and change the interior material to whichever you fancy, making it a handbag with a real personal touch.
Material
The bags are made from a super soft cowhide leather so you can rest assured they are hard-wearing and will pass the test of time. The handles are crafted from vegetable tanned natural leather – just another sign of quality.
Best Colour to Pick
All three colours are great and it will depend on your personal style to which handbag will suit you best. We love the black and nude for practicality, especially if you are looking for an every day office or work handbag. However, the olive green really adds a splash of charm to an outfit and is definitely more fun and cheerful than the usual shades.
BagServant’s Thoughts
If we were to buy one of these cute Anya Sushko handbags, we would customise it to meet our needs. We would make the size a little bigger in order to fit a small laptop and more office essentials – (yes our Editor is SUCH a Big Bag Lover!) We would also choose the suede interior for an added touch of elegance. The Karolina day bag is a fabulous and functional handbag, add this to the fact you can design your own personal touches, makes it the perfect handbag for any woman.
