Biography

Kristy is founder of Elemental Herbology, is a leading authority in biodynamic therapy and holistic medicine. Following her classical training in acupuncture, herbalism, nutrition, aromatherapy, deep tissue massage and shiatsu, she further developed her skills as a holistic therapist with cosmoceutical acupuncture, acupressure and lymphatic drainage. Her practical knowledge and expertise is equally matched by her extensive experience in spa development and management. Kristy is also a natural entrepreneur, having launched the brand entirely single-handedly back in 2008.
