Share Your Cher Competition – Online Wardrobe

A competition, #ShareYourCher, promotes the new “share” function of online fitting technology company Metail’s “MeModel”.  Create your own MeModel by inputting a few basic body measurements, then “dress” her in any of the various options in the “digital wardrobe”.  Share your outfit, privately or publicly via Facebook, to ask for feedback from friends or family – the digital equivalent of shopping with friends.

Metail have made the digital fitting room, as used by fashionista Cher Horowitz in the 1995 cult film Clueless, a reality.  Being able to share with friends is a key shopping experience which was previously missing online, Metail believes.

The  #ShareYourCher competition offers the chance to £500 worth of fashion to the consumer designing “the best ‘Cher’ approved look” on their MeModel, as decided by Olivia Bergin, deputy fashion editor from the Telegraph.  Give it a whirl!

The technology is fun to use and, although it does not (yet) feature bags, the team here at BagServant think it is great for those days when you start by deciding which bag to carry, then select an outfit to go with it…
